Sounds to me like a dead battery,,,, if most electrics are dead. or weak. or just green lugs on same..... clean them yet
jumper cable start car? yet?
2007
which engine, ?
its a no crank,
ill not guess, and send you to the $800+ poor house...
id say check fuses first, not above.TIPM
always do that on any electric failures and cranking is all about that.
as is scanning the PCM
is your battery dead.?
do head lamps work (key off and on)
is battery at 12.6v or more? cluster V gauge 12v not lower)?

http://jeepdied.com/no-crank.html

this car is (USA and not diesel) WK gas
GAS
does not use The TIPM to do that.
the page shows how the WK works to crank.
the 45RFE 545RFE 5-45RFE transmission is there.
and the MB
The NAG1 (new automatic group1) is A Mercedes W5A580 trans,

the transmission
here is how it works if starter and battery work
and hot wiring starter tests pass.
see this,? the PCM knows(red arrow) the transmission is in park
if yes, it pulls in this relay. below.
http://jeepdied.com/wk-crank_001.jpg

if the relay is dead, the PCM must be scanned.
if it shows the TRS errors, or others, bingo.

what do i do (lacking scan tool)
I hot wire the starter,
if that fails i replace/charge or correct battery or cables or starter unit if bad.
ok hot wiring starter now works.
so next up is the KEY LINE (p/n permissive's)
still no cranks, i measure the relay voltages cranked. stater relays dont cost $800.
I measure its 4 pins with $20 walfart meter, I then know whats going on,! not guessing ever.

87must go hot? 12v (10 to 12 typ) cranked
if not pin 85, must be 0v cranked, if 12v there, then the PCM is blocking starts.!
end of zero scanned cars and guessing.

or start with a voltmeter at that relay.
less bending over...
the voltages on all 4 pins, tells the full story.
cranked. (i promise) post results.

those gear lights, are a big clue,no?
no car can crank if the PCM thinks
    there are gear shift errors.
by law. the TRS makes that work.
but if battery voltage is low ,the computers will just go crazy.
in all cases of no cranks battery is always first look.
    its weak technology, 1900's
lead and acid and and can fail in 3 years. from new. as can the green corrosion there,
    easy.
so be all over that battery first.

the starter is silent not even a click from it.

I have been replacing a lot of TIPM's lately. Basically the fuse panel under the hood. I have done checks for them recently and found it traces back to the main chip. Have the codes read.

I turn the key to the on position and my test light lights up in the plug wires is this normal. Can you help me. Try starting and does not start just turns over

Your test light(s) on the spark plug wires indicate that you're getting spark, but may not be getting fuel. The fact that the engine turns over indicates that your battery is charged, and the ignition switch and starter motor/solenoid are good.
When you turn the key to the "ON" position, listen for the faint whirring sound of the fuel pump operating (inside the fuel tank) - or have a helper listen by pressing their head down to the back seat near the fuel tank/fuel pump.
If no whirring sound comes from the fuel pump motor, then the fuel pump has failed.
Other things to check: if the fuel pump is working, check fuel rail pressure (fuel pressure gauge), and operation of fuel injectors (noid lights). Also, vehicle might be out of gas, due to a fuel line/fuel tank leak.

Wont start or turn over. have no fuel pump or gear indicator lights

Sounds like a dead battery. Try hooking up jumper cables to your battery and see if you get any lights to come on. If the lights come on, let it charge with the other vehicle running for about 10 minutes.

Whr is my fuel pump reset button on my 2003 grand am? Its security lock, it wont get any fuel. It cranks but wont start. Not getting any fuel. First time ever happening

There is no reset button.
The problem could be the anti-theft system which would knock out the injectors and spark to the plugs.
If the security light is staying on, the problem could be the chip in the key.

Motor turns ,wont start .. not getting fuel

Steve, it sounds like you may have a clogged fuel filter/line OR more likely a dead fuel pump. You did not indicate what vehicle so I don't know where fuel pump is but that would be my first choice I hope this helps

Ran out of gas out gas back in wont start wont?

you haven't mentioned what make or model of vehicle
you will have to check that the pump is actually working as some fuel pumps have small plastic gears as the pump and when run out of fuel these gears have no lubrication and so melt in the case

2002 chevy s10 2.2l no start condition. changed fuel pump and filter. plugs wires timing chain and gears. still not starting its cranking but wont turnover. i have spark but on the fuel pressure release...

The s10 have a fuel shut off relay to shut off fuel supply in case of an accident. They also have a anti-theft system that prevents fuel in case of theft.Pull the fuel line off and crank the engine to see if you get fuel. Sorry I can't be of more help but without hands on vehicle it is hard to tell. Also your fuel pump maybe sounding like it is pumping. In other words it may be running but not pumping fuel it mat have a ruptured diaphragm in the pump. The pump is running but not pumping fuel. Pull the fuel line off at the fuel filter and turn on ignmition or crank the engine you should have about 50PSI coming out.If you don't install new fuel pump. These vehicles are common for this problem the fuel pump runs but does not pump fuel or not enough pressure these vehicle require 57 PSI to start if it has less than 51PSI it will not start unless you use starting fluid then it will run.It will run with less fuel pressure it will just not start with less than 57PSI.

Hope this helps

My theft light is flashing but my 1997 expedition wont start. The vehicle turns over but just don't start.

ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM Passive anti-theft system
Your ignition key has a unique imbedded transponder which engages engine electronics and allows the vehicle to be started. Without the use of your special ignition key, the vehicle will not start.

During each vehicle start, the coded key is read by the anti-theft system. If the key’s ID code matches the code in the anti-theft system, the vehicle is enabled to start.

Anti-theft system
Briefly illuminates when the ignition is turned to the ON position to verify that the passive anti-theft system is operating properly.

Also, its possisble that tou have actovated the fuel pump switch.

CHeck it.

I have a 1998 GMC Jimmy. Cranks, but won`t start. Fuel is full. Engine stopped while driving. Battery light came on. Any suggestions?

the battery indicator light usually comes on after a lose of power. Sounds to me like either bad gas, clogged fuel filter or a bad fuel pump. Easiest way to check this is have someone turn the key while you stand at rear side of vehicle and listen for the whinning noise a functioning fuel pump makes as it pressurizes the system.

P.S you dont have to start vehicle to check pump. only requires turning the key to the on position. Good Luck
