SOURCE: 2000 ford explorer door handle

I assume you mean the drivers door. You need to remove the door panel and there are two nuts on the inside holding it on.The door panel has three retaining screws and you need to locate and remove. You then slide the door panel up and then remove it.DON'T pry the panel out you will break it.One screw is on the bottom of the panel. You should see that one. The other ones are under the door switch area and the inside door handle trim. Some have one under the remote mirror trim but not likely. That should give you access to the door handle nuts. Good Luck and I hope this helps you. Thanks Dan

SOURCE: wheel bolt pattern

According to everything I can find, yes.
It's a 5x114.3 bolt pattern (or 5x4.50)
However, your offset (from where the wheels bolt on to the edge of the rim) might be a little different depending on the wheel.

SOURCE: How to replace '96 Ford Explorer driver side exterior door handle

You will need to remove the door panel to gain access to the handle. Roll the window up or down as needed to get to the nuts that attach the handle to the door. You will also need to remove a rod the goes to the door lock. You will see the rod after the door panel is removed. Good luck.

How to remove top transmission bolts on a 2002 ford explorer

You will need two "special" tools. First a long (36" or so) extension, preferably 1/2" drive, and a swivel impact socket. All of the bolts around the bell housing are the same head size. I believe a 13mm. The way it is done is that you remove the transmission mount and let the trans hang down to give you more room, then use the long extension and swivel socket to reach the top 2 bolts.

If automatic transmission wont work engine block's are not the same, if stander transmission you could swap out bell housing held on with four bolt's from one to the other. Good luck and hope this was very helpful.
