Highbeam work lowbeams done fuses and relay good what next

What is year--make--model of vehicle? Right now, I'd say, check the wiring circuit to and from dimmer switch. Could be dimmer switch, itself?

With wiring diagram, you can find proper color wire from steering column to low beam, everything on, see if voltage on that wire. I'm speculating that the dimmer switch controls voltage to low beam and not ground.

Under the dash, find wiring harness that goes into steering column, find proper color wire, test. If no voltage, when there should be, I think the problem is in the steering column, either wiring circuit or dimmer switch.

Dash lights do not work 2000 ford exploier

All go out at once, first check fuses, then dimmer switch for dash lights, finally headlight switch. To check dimmer switch, pull connection off back, on harness with test light and headlight switch activated, 1 of the leads should have power, if so, use ohm meter on dimmer to make sure it has reading between 0 and some value, if no value, open, dimmer is bad, if there wasn't power then check headlight switch, there should be heavier gauge wire that powers switch and 1 for output to hi/lo switch, smaller gauge wires for tail lamps, dash lights, license plate lamps, parking lights. The color wires from dimmer would correspond to the same colored wires on headlamp switch, probe that connection on headlamp switch with switch engaged and see if you have power, if not replace switch, if so, check wire from switch to dimmer. Now if the lights slowly went from bright one day, to less bright some other day, to not working, then the bulbs are bad... good luck...

My 2001 chevy silverado's low beams don't work. I

The wiring for the low beams would run not to the ignition, but to the dimmer switch. I don't know what color they are, but sounds like you are at the source of the problem, if the low beams quit when the column is let down. Pull the trim pieces off the steering column and examine the wires going to the dimmer switch. You may see some wiring insulation scraped off. It could be a bad dimmer switch, but check the wiring first.
Good luck.
