Check your fuse box for a blown fuse/ fuseable link found in the engine compartment. (Usually by the battery in a black box with a diagram on top of the box.)

Testimonial: "Checked all fuses all ok. Relay switch not identified in engine compartment"

I forgot to mention the light switch itself might be worn (contacts.)

Why don't my low beam lights come on? they work intermittently.

the low beam lights are switched by the stalk. power goes in the stalk and you switch it between the high beam and low beam from that. If it works intermittently it could be bad contacts in the light switch/stalk. Jon

No power to right side (PS) headlight low beam plug socket, new bulb, fuse is good. High beam works, blinker works, park light works. just no low beam and doesn't register any voltage on volt meter.

check low beam fuse when switched on if it has voltage registering across the fuse ,if there is voltage across the low beam RHS fuse then it is possibly a pinched wire from the headlight running back towards inside of the car

My high beam lights & parking lights work, but not the normal lights.1985 holden astra!

By "normal lights" I assume you mean "low-beam headlamps"? If this is true, then you may either have burned out headlamp bulbs or a faulty low-beam headlamp relay or relay circuit.

High beams work, parking lights work, fog lights work, but no low beams

If they are separate lights for high and low beams both may be blown if they are in the same unit it may be in the dimmer switch. or fuse if it has diff. fuses for high and low.

Low beams stopped working but all other lights work

Need to have an electrical shop determine what is wrong.

It could be a fuse for the low beam headlamps that has blown,
or a relay has been overheated.

Check that the bulbs for the low beam aren't blown out, possibly
simultaneously.
