Because there is a direct short to ground , which fuse ? You need to find what all the fuse powers , then isolate circuits . (Disconnect) Put in a new fuse and hook up components one at a time till fuse blow's . Cheryl, sense we are working with a 1994 there's 3 things you can do. (1) You can try to google it. " 1994 Cadillac Brougham cooling system wiring diagram" NOTE: don't forget to put the engine size in there so you get the correct diagram. (2) You can go old school and see if you can find a manual for your vehicle. (3) You can go to the Library and see if they have your manual or pull it up on the slides.
