Have a random miss fire code at idle speed when engine is warm
Have changed plugs, wires and injectors, can speed engine to 5000 rpm and miss fire goes a away for a day and then returns. Acts like a week lifter but not possible. Any suggestions

CODE 301 IS #1 MISSFIRE 300 IS RANDOM MISS FIRE 201 IS INJECTOR FAULT . I WOULD START BY SWAPPING # 1 INJECTOR WITH SAY # 3 AND SEE IF THE MISSFIRE MOVES TO #3 IF SO REPLACE INJECTOR, IF NOT THERE COULD BE WIREING ISSUES
The engine coolant temperature is high. Your other Codes are for missing cylinders on cylinder 1,2,3,and 4. Get the Codes cleared and start over. Changing the plugs and wires, etc could have generated the missing cylinder Codes.
Autozone,Advance, and Oreilys will scan for free.
Check your engine for an IDLE SPEED CONTROL SOLENOID, which may be in the intake. Or a fuel pressure regulator.
A lot of times people work on the spark side and forget the fuel injectors. They can cause a miss.
If you replaced the plugs and wires you should know the engine has a distributor cap. The coil is in the bottom of the distributor. Keep in mind it could be an injector instead of an ignition problem. Is the check engine light on and have you checked for trouble codes ?
REPLACE DISTRIBUTOR CAP AND ROTOR REPLACE SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES IF NOT BEEN CHANGED IN LONG PERIOD OF TIME.CHECK IGNITION TIMING.CHANGE AIR FILTER CLEAN FUEL INJECTORS.IF ENGINE STILL MISFIRE IGNITION COIL IS WEAK OR YOU HAVE LOW CYLINDER COMPRESSION.
I would replace the spark plugs and plug wires. It sounds like you have a bad plug wire but replacing all of the plug wires and all the plugs should resolve your issue.
CHECK THE SPARK PLUG +WIRE +COIL.TO THAT CYLINDER.IF ALL IS GOOD.DO A COMPRESSION TEST ON THAT CYLINDER. IT COULD BE MECHANICAL PROBLEM IN THAT CYLINDER.LEAKING VALVE OR INTAKE LEAK.
Had the same problem on my brothers Rav4. We changed the Plug wires and the problem is corrected. He had changed the plugs a couple of months ago. We had the code read at Advance Auto, it came up P0300 Random misfire. His old wires looked fine also.
A faulty IAC would cause a random misfire rather than a misfire in a specific cylinder, as would an intake air leak, both of which would cause a high idle amongst other things.
Run the engine until its good and hot, disconnect the injector harness plug so the injectors are disabled, remove all the spark plugs, disable the ignition by unplugging the wiring connector(s) from the coil pack(s), and then carry out another compression test on al the cylinders.
If the compressions are now all relatively the same then you very highly likely have a faulty injector in cylinder 3.
