SOURCE: 96 corsica error cod po441 no purge flow
Look, that code means:

so try to replace the emission control.
SOURCE: 2003 Hyundai Elantra GLS. Check engine light, code PO133
Did you use a aftermarket O2 sensor or a genuine Hyundai one? If it's an aftermarket one it may be bad or not as good as the OEM one. See here for more details and other potential causes: P0133
I sent to an auto parts place and bought it and casually asked the clerk where it went. He almost offered to go out into the parking lot to help me. He told me where it went, but then I forgot. They ran out of manuals (handy and cheap), but I got one on order. PS: Kia used the same one and it costs either the same or less. Back then there really wasn't much difference between Kias and Hyundais. You could call up one of the nationally known auto parts suppliers and simply ask the guy over the phone and tell him you'll come down and pick it up if he has one.
Most likely is a bad EVAP purge valve. But check below list.
This indicates that a part of the EVAP
control system is no longer functioning correctly. The EVAP system consists of
many parts, including (but not limited to) the gas cap, fuel lines, carbon
canister, purge valve, and other hoses. The (EVAP) emission control system
prevents the escape of fuel vapors from a vehicle's fuel
system. Fuel vapors are routed by hoses to a charcoal canister for storage.
Later, when the engine is running a purge control valve opens allowing intake
vacuum to siphon the fuel vapors into the engine.
EVAP emission canister purge is controlled
by a valve which allows engine vacuum to pull stored fuel vapors from fuel tank
into the engine to be burned, rather than be vented to atmosphere. A vacuum
switch is used to detect when flow exists. If the PCM commands purge and sees
that the switch is closed (indicating no detected purge flow) P0441 is set.
