It may be on a sticker in the glove box or the dealer will have it.

The Owners Manual walks you through it step by step.

If your missing the manual, swing by your Dealerships Service Drive, most Service Advisors would be happy to show you how to do it.

You can also order a new Owners Book at www.helminc.com directly, even have it mailed to your home. If you order it at the dealership, they get it from the same place, mark it up and you have to go get it yourself.

SOURCE: 2006 honda accord, after changing the battery.

Unless the Accord was jump started, creating possible power surge to damage radio, it should not of had any relationship to the radio.

But, just in case, would suggest disconnecting battery for 5 minutes, reconnecting battery, reentering radio code and see what happens.

If that fails, hopefully your under 36k miles or got the Factory extended warranty "Honda Care" Service plan, so take to the Honda Dealership to see what they say.

SOURCE: 2002 Honda Accord V6 check engine light on- local

po505 idle air control if this is the code all hondas do it eventully, small problem easy fix u have 2 choices either remove the idle air control motor and clean the inside of it u will find it's black and the spring inside is stuck clean it with carb cleaner or gum cutter any parts store will have this it's a dirty job it will work for awhile but to replace it is recommended its not expensive for a new one which u can get at any autoparts store autozone, advanced, napa etc. there is only 2 bolts in most cases maybe 3 i doubt it though if u go online t google and type in th eyear make and model and engine size in ur case it's a 3.0 v6 and look for idle air control locations u'll find it to do this job a shop will charge u anywhere from 100.00 for diag to retrive the code plus the part and the labor so about 250.00-375.00 it will only take u honestly maybe 15 minutes to perform only tools needed are a 10 millimeter wrench there is only 1 connector to disconnect and ur done if u do this u will still have the check engine light because u have not cleared it from the computer to do this just disconnect the negative battery terminal (the black one or has a neg sign - don't disconnect the positive side +)for 5 minutes then reconnect and the computer will have reset no more light. good luck it really is that easy

SOURCE: 1998 Honda Accord EX V6 2 Door - Radio Error Code on Display

No-one is ever particularly happy to here this, but this is the way it is; we do have to keep in mind that the original idea of codes on radios was to prevent people who steal them from being able to use them.

So, if an audio unit with theft protection is disconnected from electrical power, you must enter a unique code number into the unit or it will not work. This code and the audio unit’s serial number are listed on the anti-theft ID card that comes with the vehicle. If this card is lost, you must obtain the audio unit serial number in order to get the radio code (some people say that they have found the code on a sticker inside the glove compartment, but I wouldn’t count on that). Some newer vehicles allow you to retrieve the audio unit serial number electronically from the radio. Refer to your owner’s manual for the specific procedure (the following usually will work: Turn the radio off. Push the preset 1, preset 6, and power buttons at the same time, then quickly release. The serial number will come up in two sets of numbers.)
Some older vehicles (model year 2003 and older) require a visit to the dealer in order to retrieve the audio unit serial number (or you can remove the unit and get the serial number from the back of the radio). Once you have the audio unit serial number, you can call Auto Customer Service at (800) 999-1009 or have the dealer look up the radio code.

Here is the URL for the Honda Owner page. If you register (no charge) you are able to get radio codes using the VIN number of your car, the serial number of your radio, and the
Phone Number and Zip Code that you give them when you register.

Hope this helps you with the process.

What is radio code for honda accord 2002 radio serial number 11292151?

All Hondas come from the factory with a 5 digit code for resetting the radio after a power interruption, such as changing the battery. It's printed on a card about the size of a credit card, and is included with the owner's manual. Some dealers manually print the code number on an Avery sticker and stick it inside the glove box since the cards seem to disappear over time. If it's not there, you should be able to have the original dealer call Honda with the VIN and radio serial number and get the code. It's a different number for each car, so someone else's code won't work for you. Good luck

try looking in your owners papers it might be listed in there or a sticker in the glove box, if not then you will have to contact the dealer parts department to get the code to reset the radio you will also have to show proof of ownership.
