The number F1-17 fuse is the red/yellow power wire at the radio. If the fuse is good pull the radio and check the red/yellow wire for power in, if you have power in , then suspect a bad radio.My next step would be to remove the radio and check the power wire going into the radio (red/yellow) . If you have power there, then the radio is likely bad. Ford has had major problems with the radios.

LOL.. if the radio is dead, (only) the fuse is blown.) there is a car radio fuse, in the fuse box and some radios have inline fuse an others have a fuse box in the back of the radio. no 2 radios work the same. but all need power and all have 1 or more fuses.
you probably had ur radio on while you was getting the jump check the inside of the fuse box cover for the location of the fuse for your your radio if the fuse is not blown, if you radio is not the factory radio you may have to have the radio removed from the bracket and check the fuse behind the radio.

number 32 is the front cigarette lighter fuse 2 and 27 for the audio unit which i presume means radio
these are in the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side
