The car starts and runs fine. After the engine is warm,it will stall out at almost every intersection . Basically ,whenever left to idle ,the revs just drop. New fuel filter, and air filter.Could it be the erg or vacuum sensor?
Any idea's
I make a point of cleaning the air flow sensor with every vehicle that comes in with an idle fault.it has fixed 50%,ensure that you use only airflow sensor cleaner(comes in aerosol, crc do one).some develop fault when throttle body gets dirty internally, again clean with spray and a bottle brush works fine to get in past butterfly, this accounts for another 30% we see here.the idle control can play up also, but check as above as it benefits engine run hugely even if no fix
Sounds like a bad idle air control Iwould have it tested. The egr valve could be sticking as well. I worked on 2 94 altimas that had same problem and it was the idle air control, however there are othe things that can cause that.

My car runs good when it's cold but stalls once it warms up? ... In this situation, you can usually re-start the engine once it has hada chance to cool back ... it'll fill-up and exits fuel right up and out the vent tube which dumps it down the middle of ...
Jun 28, 2010 - Car starts and after warmed up.. it dies! ... but if i let it sits for awhile till the engine is cool down it starts right up but after its warmed up.. it dies.
No to the high octane gas. Regular gas is fine. Higher octane gas is more resistant to ignition and is better suited for high compression engines to prevent preignition and detonation. Check or replace your idle air control valve since the car stall at idle when the throttle blade is closed. If the IAC is not working it won't allow for air to bypass the throttle plate. Also have your throttle body cleaned.
When the engine warms up the engine computer goes into closed loop mode and relies primarily on the O2 sensors and the MAF sensor to calculate the correct fuel to air mixture - if one of the O2 sensors is fouled or the MAF sensor is not working properly, this can cause the problem.
Given the age of the car, I would also check the idle air control (IAC) and channels, the EGR valve and the throttle body for carbon buildup.
if V6 engine check wiring loom on left head to inner guard (pull and wiggle loom while engine running ) have seen breaks in this section engine will nearly stall or miss a beat/stall if wiring at fault
It sounds like the torque converter clutch. Just unplug it. It is the square 4 pin plug on the front of the transmission. Once it is unplugged and you get it unlocked, it will be fine. Just leave it unplugged, it won't hurt anything.
