Test the battery when it is cold and see if it reads 12v when you turn the key on and watch how fast it drops. Plus try to start it and see what the reading is, if it is dropping lower than 10 volts the battery might be bad. Try to deep charge the battery to bring it back to life or replace the bad battery.
Is there lots of juice in the battery? Does it turn over well?

YEs, Battery is good.
if it gets cold enough to freeze, it's possible there is some moisture in the fuel lines that is freezing and preventing fuel flow. Try running a bottle gas line anti-freeze in your gas tank next fill-up. Could also be a bad temperature or O2 sensor.
Thanks. Where is the o2 sensor.
There is one before the catalytic converter and one after...possibly on the exhaust manifold. Is/was there a "check engine" light on before this happened?

Battery is good. It cranks but won't start. You can hear the fuel pump kick in also.
You w7ll have to check to see if the vechicle is firing by removing a sparkplug wire and seeing if the path is jumping to ground. If it does not, it can only be crank position sensor since it is a distributorless ignition or ignition module coil pack assembly. Goodluck
