How do I remove crankshaft pully from kia optima 2005 2.7 liter v6 24 val dohc ?

Remove all the belts on the pulley. Remove the center retaining bolt which typically needs to keep the engine from turning to get it off unless you use an impact wrench. Then you need a puller to push against the end of the crank shaft and pull the pulley off.

I'm trying to remove the crankshaft pully off of a 2000 Oldsmobile intrigue. I was able to remove the center bolt bolt the the pully doesn't have any holes to use a puller with how can I take it...

Attach the arms of the crankshaft pulley removal tool over the pulley and tighten the tool to the pulley using the tool's supplied bolts. Continue to tighten the tool using the bolts until the crankshaft pulley is pulled off the crankshaft. auto zone rents out tools for the job.

Crankshaft pullys drift in and out about one quarter of an inch throwing outside belt also making noise but it doesnt sound internal

your crankshaft shouldn't be moving that much. you need to check to see if your pully is loose or not, if pully is tight to crank and the whole crankshaft is moving that much then the thrust is out on crank and oil pan should be removed and thrust bearing checked. may have to remove and tear down engine to have crank and engine block checked at machine shop.

Broken crankshaft pully, need to know how to remove to replace

Normally...three bolts for the pulley assembly, and one large center bolt, and yes...a steering wheel puller will work, but make sure the puller doesn't sit into the center hole threads, or they will be destroyed. Sometimes a nut in here will prevent that.

How to remove bottom pully bolt 1.6 hdi 307

you need to peg the crankshaft near your gearbox. There is a hole in engine block for this purpose. Find this hole and insert an allen key (thick enough to fit in there). Turn the crank pully with ratchet in clockwise while try to find out the locking hole in crankshaft near gearbox by pushing allen key through engine block hole. You'll hear a click and the allen key goes fully inside. Now your crankshaft is locked and you can open (anticlockwise) the pully bolt.
