you have probably blown a few speakers... all of the speakers are in the door panels. the easiest way to test them is to hook a known good speaker up to that connector, if the good speaker works you have a blown speaker. you should check to see if someone hasn't adjusted the fade or balance in the stereo settings first, the door panels can be a pain to get off and break very easily...hope this helps good luck!

This is a very common problem with the overhead console from several mid 2000 ford trucks and SUVs. The console is very prone to internal failure. I offer a reasonable repair service with a lifetime guarantee, check it out:

I just got a 2003 town & country and the DVD player in it will not work and I can't figure out why....

You need to run a continuity test
on the DVD player first, to see if
it has any bad connections inside.
If that is okay then a bad fuse or
a problem in the wiring.

Have a 05 dodge 1500 the 4x4 switch an overhead console leds quit working an keeps blowing the fuse as soon as i put it in

Odd that your vehicle runs both systems on the same circuit and with only a 10 amp fuse. I'd try a 20 amp fuse to see if that works. Worth a shot, it shouldn't harm anything.

See dealer now light flashing on 07 ram 2500 cummings

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position (Do not start engine).
2. Press and release the brake pedal two times.
3. Fully depress the accelerator pedal slowly two times within 10 seconds and hold it to the floor the second time.
4. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF/LOCK position and then let up on the accelerator pedal.

Make sure you're not letting up on the accelerator pedal before turning the ignition switch to the OFF/LOCK position.

I have a 1995 geo prism that the heater will not blow heat, the blower works but when the control knob is on heat it doesnt get hot or warm for that matter.. the car doesnt over heat and the rad is full .....

I would believe the problem can only be in two places
  • One the control valve which operates the amount of coolant going into the system....or
  • The ducting plates inside the center consul of the heater assembly
Unfurtunatly I can't give much help in the removal of the consul as I'm not familiar with your vehicle.
  • Usually the glove locker must be removed
  • It is also possible that the instrument panel has to come out
  • The front of the consul may have screws or possibly snap fitted (if you can't see any screws) but look very carefully
  • A third possibility is that if your vehicle is fitted with electronic climate control, that unit may have a bad connection or a blown fuse.
Sorry I can't be of more help
