yes there is there is also a relay that u can remove but it is better if u fix the problem then disabling it because it is a safety device on your escape and when u have to have your inspection done it will fail it because of no horn

Did you check the fuse for the horn ? Engine compartment fuse panel, fuse #7, 20A

You can pull the horn relay, and jumper the normally open contacts to see if the fuse, horn and grounds for the horn are in working order ( this operates the horn without needing to use the horn button ).
The Horn relay is a half size Ford ISO relay in the engine compartment fuse panel ( check your owners manual to locate relay 206 ).

yes you can go under the hood , wire the horn to the battery to check there .

this is caused by a defective horn switch pad, replace it.
