Have lost my car key 2004 ford lost ignition key.falcon xt ba want to get car going as it is in public place I don't have a lot of money right now what to do??

have a local auto parts store check your battery before anything. if it's not your battery it's probably your altenator. they will check it for free.

Just had the same thing happen to my BA. No hot air. I'm a bit of a handyman so I had a go myself. 8 Hours is a reasonable estimate. You have to remove the steering column and entire dashboard to get the bugger out. Not a job I would attempt again.

if the heater has stopped working its either the heater box or heater tap, you do need access through the dash unfortunately, 6 hours sounds about right to take it off fix it and put it together, theres a bit involved in the dashes of the ba's and upwards.

Whatever it is is being oil starved. Need to change to heavier oil.
