Anti THEFT cuts off fuel pump and the ignition module. That is what it is for. The theft light on the dash should be on too. Something tripped the anti-theft system Try resetting the anti-theft module by locking and unlocking the drivers door with the key.

Most fuel injection systems use a ignition bypass circuit to energize the fuel pump when starting the engine. However, when the engine starts and the ignition key is returned to the "On" position, a Fuel Pump Relay keeps the fuel pump working. The relay may be defective.

2001 CADILLAC DEVILLE HOW TO BYPASS THE ANTI THEFT SYSTEM

You can't bypass the entire system. It has to remain operational, however you can bypass the most common failure item.
could try bypasssing fuel relay You bridge connections on relay if i remember right.

The most common failure in these is the sensor in the ignition lock that reads the key pellet. That would mean replacing the ignition lock with a sensor included.

That sensor can be bypassed. You would need a digital ohmeter to measure the resistance of the pellet in the key. Now go to Radio Shack and buy a resister of the exact same value as the key pellet. Go to the base of the steering column and locate the two thin white wires that go up to the sensor. Cut the two wires and solder the resister between the two ends coming from the harness. This will permanently bypass the sensor but not the rest of the system.

check to see if the security light or anti theft light flashes. if that is the case, sounds like the bypass for the remote starter may be causeing the no start by tripping the anti theft system. Remove remote starter and bypass system and join any cut wires back together that may be cut for remote starter. Try starting, if theft light still flashes leave key in the on position after attempted start for 15 minutes till theft light goes solid, turn off and try again. Repeat process for three times to re-learn factory theft system in vehicle. If problem still persists, then take to your local dealer to reprogram factory theft module in the cluster.

No fuel pressure asd&pump relays energized

The fuel pump relay won't energize if the ignition is bad, or the fuel safety cut out is bad. Don't know what Dodge uses. Ford has an inertial switch in trunk. Many cars use the alternator. Some use extra wires to the oil pressure sender. Try looking at the wiring diagram on relay side, and jumper the outputs where relay plugs into, bypassing the relay completely. The pump should hum and you should get pressure. If not, make sure the tank isn't buiding up vacuum, and make sure the power and gound are good at the pump.

Do you have a "spark"? test: remove a sparkplu wire from a convenient sparkplug and lay it down on a nearby metal ground. Crank ignition and look for a spark from the end of the cable to the metal ground.

Spark? Then it may be the fuel safety cut-off switch (with a delayed reaction) ... mounted in the back, inside a side panel. It cuts off fuel when it senses a collision.

No Spark? ... ignition relay switch or the cable from starter solenoid, most likely.
