SOURCE: 1996 Dodge caravan--dash guages flicker

In responding to rbenjami, I am not proposing the same solution for all who claim to have a similar problem because I don't believe that that is the case. When the gauges flicker periodically it may be a case of a bad body computer, which is a big deal and may be covered by warranty beyond the normal 3 yr./36k miles. For those with issues related to use of seat warmers, that is not uncommon and should lead to discontinued use.

SOURCE: 2003 dodge caravan rear door locks

Look for contacts at door jamb & door, that mate when closed.( usually round metal piece) Take a piece of fine steel wool & scrub them and see if that cures it.

SOURCE: 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Driver Door Lock/Unlock Switch

sorry not sure the 12v prob will help this swtich works on 5v off 3v unlock 1v lock single wire lock/unlock logic signals
I found wiring diagrams at
http://www.dodge.com/bodybuilder/2004/docs/wd/rswd/tc.pdf
it is 2004 but use the wiring diagrams to test the wires
(most likely to fail where they flex)
because it is using logic gates disconnect the plug at each end of the wire you are testing or the damn thing will find a few diffrent ways to trick you.

There is no heat in the rear, im thinking its a problem with the back heating core. I have a Dodge Caravan 2001. Whats wrong and how can i fix it?

There should be a vacuum control switch in the heater line going to the heater core that may not be working.
it shuts the water off to the heater core and when heater is turned on the vacuum switch opens the door inside of switch to allow the water to go to the heater core.

I have a 2000 dodge caravan sport. My rear windows will not open. I have changed the switch and they opened (the front windows work just fine and the door locks too) but the rear window will not close...

sounds more like the wiring in drivers door faulty- worked to open after you changed it - but won't close it now- remove door panel- unplug and replug switch and try it- could be as simple as that

The passenger side sliding door won't unlock

I assume it has power locks, so I would look inside the door for a bad door lock solenoid or linkage rod is off. If it is not power, I would look for a linkage rod being disconnected or broken
