If I remember correctly, there's a tiny "loudspeaker", similar to those on PC motherboards.and t has probably failed. There is no flasher relay - it's done by the dashboard electronics, which are located below the instrument cluster and I think that's where the transducer is.
You have some wiring problems shorting out that is coming from the dash board so if you or anyone you know how to use a multimeter to check the wireing harnesses plus check any connectors that might be just very touching the connector of dashboard which means a bad connection to dashboard.
make sure you replaced the correct directional light relay, and not the hazard relay. Check all fuses. check grounds at rear lights. If all of the following are good, your lumina would have a faulty multifunction switch.
The TS flasher and 4 way flasher use different fuses. I'd test the flasher assembly located near the fuse box under the dash. One blown fuse won't disable both but a bad flasher module could,
The speedometer in the dash operates off of an electrical signal that it receives from a sensor that is attached to the transmission. There is either a bad connection at the sensor or the sensor is bad. You should not need to disturb the dashboard.
