Check Engine Light Codes 2003 Chrysler sebring lx Code 0432

I have run into this problem a few times where the dealer replacing the sensor and a month later light back on, take car back it may need a program update and sensor may be bad or crank sensor may need replacing.
I would have the code scanned at a local auto parts store and if the code is the cam then take it back to dealer to see what has happened.
The car i was working on had a cam sensor problem, replaced the sensor and light came back with same code. sent to dealer and dealer said after market part was bad, car needed an oem part, so they replaced it and in a few days same problem . took car back and this time they installed a program update and so far so good.

DTC P0715 CHRYSLER - Input Speed Sensor 1 Circuit
P0715 is detected when TCM or ECM does not receive the proper signal from the sensor.

The input speed sensor detects the primary pulley revolution speed and sends a signal to the Transmission Control Module (TCM) and Engine Control Module (ECM).

Symptoms
- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
- Possible shifting problems

Possible causes
- Transmission speed sensor circuit is open or shorted.
- Poor transmission speed sensor circuit connection
- Faulty transmission speed sensor

That the engine computer has recieved information from a sensor/s that is not correct, could be a bad sensor or other issues with the engine. I would take the car to Auto Zone and they will use an OBD II scan tool to retrieve the code/s, which will tell you where to check for the problem.

Every 80,000 miles along with a NEW water Pump as well since its right there with it

(Fuel filter will not effect anything, it only prevents build up in engine)
Could be one of these-
Oxygen sensor
fuel sensor
Dirty injectors
Bad injector/injectors

~~~~Go to car zone/ or a frendly auto part store, and ask them for a FREE electronic computer check ( where they check the computer, and the computer tell them whats wrong)

Replace the camshaft sensor, the issue will go away.

most auto parts stores will pull the codes for free...then you can find the cause of your problem

Take the car to AutoZone - they'll do a code scan at no charge (a dealer will charge an hour's labor or more). They'll give you the codes. Post the codes here and I can help you figure out what's wrong.
