My brake lights do not work and it is suuck in park, I haved put a new brake light switch in and that did not work

There is a switch nicknamed a BOO switch. It is on the brake lever under the dash. This is often adjustable and controls the brake lights and the release for the gearshift. When properly adjusted it makes the rear lights come on as soon as the brake pedal moves. There is a release for the gearshift that uses a solenoid so even if you get the brake lights to work, a bad gearshift solenoid may keep the Park locked.

Why automatic. Transmission won't go to park

There can be binding problems with a switch which makes sure the gearshift is in Park or Neutral to enable the starter to crank. It is a safety lockout. The shifter can also have a cable which may stretch or break at the mount. Some are adjustable and yours would either now be too short or too long and need adjustment.

Finally, there is a brake switch which must be pressed to release the gearshift from Park or neutral. It may be in the way and not allow the gearshift to return to Park.

Manufacturers put in the safety switches to prevent starting an engine with the transmission in gear. Many worked 2 ways. They would prevent the engine from cranking unless your foot was on the brake and/or the shifter would not come out of Park without a foot on the brake pedal after the engine was running.

You can get free Video instructions from Utube and other media. Look up your shifter and see if someone has made a Video for you to watch. Go to a parts site and look up your shift cables.

The car starts, but the gearshift wont move from park

Usually a problem with the brake switch or the solenoid that locks the shifter in park.
That circuit would need to be tested.
