where you can found it. replacing it can be done under hood, by removing brake booster hose and or by under the vehicle. disconnect first cable going to starter. then need to remove the two starter bolts and starter.

There are two sensors; Climate Control Sun Sensor located on the dash or rearview mirror, and an Ambient Air Temperature Sensor located by the climate control panel. I believe the one you're looking for will be the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor.
