The whole van froze up locked up will not roll also the E break is on and cant release it any ideas?

Change out your break switc see if that helps. Your break light switch is under the dash and connects to you break peadel

Do you live on the shady side of Pluto?
Or did you do the last time a brake fluid full exchange in the Jurassic Period?
Break fluids are hygroscopic (water absorbing). Over time they will come contaminated with water which reduces their boiling point which reduces their effectiveness on hot breaks.
If your break fluid actually froze as you described then it must have absorbed a lot of water as a result of never having been changed over decades.
A full break fluid exchange should be done at least every two years!

to you and all us on the road, why not get it diagnosed and save some lives....huh>?
first off both fronts lock, try to focus just on raw symptoms.
both lock, then you have install the MC wrong
if you do this wrong, say with the linkage tight , then all cars do this.
we avoid this by reading the FSM, ,the factory service manual
shows. how to install this MC and not do it Wrong.
ABs can be messed up too.

you have to break through what is left of the lock and use a long flat blade screwdriver, manually turn the interior latch. The lock actually has a long rod that reaches back to the latch so you need to get all of that stuff out and then use your screwdriver instead. We do a few of these on ocus's and so on, usually when the lock barrel packs up...
Most garages will have a tech who knows how to do it....

you need too get some sort of hook on the end of a handle, something smaller but still strong enough to pull against with out bending or breaking. then standing at the front of the van using a flashlight look through the grill until you find the hood latch, then locate the black cable running into the side of the latch hook on to it and pull as hard as you can while simultaneously bouncing pressure on the font center area of the hood with your other hand until you hear/feel the hood latch release or "pop"!

yes replace the disk calipers on both front wheels. Or clean the caliper cylinders.

replace ac compressor,,they will lock up in some cases,,causes the engine to not even turn over,,plz replace ac compressor ,,try to take belt off see if it turns free by hand!

u need to raise the wheels off the ground an disconnect the drive shaft an spin the wheels by hand u may have a bad posi unit. the stress of breaking the shaft may have caused this

It sounds like the brake is locked up and not releasing when you let off the brake. The rubber brake line can be collapsed not letting the pressure off or there can be a rough spot in the caliper not letting it release. If you can release the pressure by opening the bleeder valve then the hose is probably the problem.

you will have to remove as many screws as you can get to then pop it out the whole panel is not coming out easy ,you must get an open to get a long screw driver to push the latch release once open then completely remove panel, good luck its a pain becareful not to break panel.
