They all run threw the turn signal switch. Loose plug or the TS switch just happen to die.

You hooked something up wrong or not at all ,it shouldn't have blown a fuse ,did you disconnect the battery before doing the heater core . Find wiring diagrams an check power an grounds to those circuits . Go to YouTube an check out some basic electrical trouble shooting videos , an voltage drop testing videos.Basic Electrical fundamentals an so on. They worked before right ?

Brake lights went out so I changed a blown fuse, now the brake lights wont shut off,so I replaced the brake switch at the pedal and still have the same issue, lights wont go off.

Which fuse did you replace ? The one in the under hood fuse box or one of the two in the I/P fuse box . Do the CHMSL - center high mount stop lamps work correctly ? Here is a description how they work .
Stop Lamps
The STOP LP 25 A fuse in the underhood fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the normally open stop lamp switch. When the driver presses the brake pedal, the switch contacts close and battery positive voltage is supplied to both the STOP 15 A fuse and the CHMSL 10 A fuse in the I/P fuse block, and to the turn signal/hazard module. The turn signal/hazard module then supplies voltage to both of the trailer rear turn/stop lamp supply voltage circuits. The voltage from the CHMSL 10 A fuse is to the center high mounted stop lamp (CHMSL) and the trailer jumper harness. The voltage from the STOP 15 A fuse is to the stop lamps, throttle actuator control (TAC) module, and the cruise control.
Does yours have trailer light hook up ? If so check trailer wiring connector for corrosion . Also check the turn signal / hazard module .

I have no rear stop lights, turn signals or hazards. Parking or tail lights work, as do front turn signals and hazards. Bulbs & fuses are good. ????

Check your wire harness in the trunk. May have to be replaced. May just be a bad connection. Hope its the latter

Flashing ligth not working at all

Hi!!!

If your hazard lights turn on but do not blink, replace flasher.

If your hazard lights don't turn on, check hazard/stop/turn fuse(s).

Let me know how it worked out, good luck.

Blinkers not working at all and the heater is

If both your hazard flashers and turn indicators are not working, replace your Flasher Module,
If turn indicators only are not working replace turn indicator switch
The heater is probably a seized blower motor if fan is out, if there is heat and no air flow. If no heat check thermostat.
Good Luck on your repairs. If there anymore I can do ask.
