My sled lost spark. the headlight doesn't light when I pull it over. its completely dead

Fuel pump dead or dying. Injection systems need 110 psi, and a pump only doing 30psi will still not run .

USA cars, (is it:?) the Check engine light must com one key on.
if not the fuse to ECU is blown. dead ECU, dead EFI,
if the engine will not start , now, then the CEL is stuck on , it can only
go out cranking or running.
are you using a scantool ? just a clue here, we fix cars with a full scan tool there is no other way..... (USA)
fails hot, or cold engine,? or both? ill pretend its dead and cold
1: lost compression, forgot the 60k belt change (cam) and not the belt is snapped and valves in head or bent over (the oldest story on earth)
2: lost spark (all 4 good? or if v6 , all 6?)
3: lost fueling (starting fluid work? test fuel sprayed in to induction?
3a: flooding, soaking wet spark tips, x 4 or x6.

pull oil filler cap,does cam spin cranking, no? byebye engine.

Did you do some electrical work on the car?

Your problem may be a lost ground. A lost or loose ground wire will make you pull your hair .

if fuse under hood has blown there will be one in main fuse box that has blown as well fuses can look good but are bad need a comunity tester or multy meter to check connection

Generally this model doesn't have any wires because it doesn't use a distributor. When you're looking at your engine there's a silver plate dead center...pull that off and your plugs will be right there


Performance Chip

A faulty headlight switch will go completely dead & will not affect the engine to run well

Check the connections at the battery. Be sure they're clean and tight.

Check if you have a pull tab. A headlight cover typically has a pull tab molded in it so that you can easily take off the cover when you want to clean it

Does it go completely black or just dim? Most displays dim when you turn the lights on to make the display darker so its not too bright. GPS and other displays do this. Do you have any problems with any other of the car's electronics?
