Squeaks when turning left or right and any bumps even small ones
I would check top shock mounts a siezed bearing in the mount will make springs judder in there seats also look at upper and lower balljoints and stabilizer mounting rubbers and the drop links.Have the vehicle idling in neutral and the parking brake engaged standing on flat on a level surface as the weight of the vehicle puts load on the suspension its better to find the problem like that.Get someone to turn the steering full lock both ways while you pin point the noise also grab the spring to feel for any vibration as the noise appear

CV joints yes look at the rubber boots for damage. You can get a replacement boot but if you do remove all the old grease to remove any dirt that is cousing your problem.

MOST LIKELY THE FRONT AND REAR SWAY BAR RUBBER BUSHINGS ARE THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM, ALSO THE FRONT LOWER STRUTS CAN BE NOISY AS WELL.
