Usually tp sensor is assembly of velve where you put air into it. Unless you have tire replacing tools. It's best to take it to local tire shop to replace it. Commonly battery in the sensor will last about 10 years.
The stock tire has a diameter of 25.3" the other tire has a diameter of 26.2"
While I recommend not deviating from the stock tire size 1" should not make that much of a difference.
Remember, the suspension, brakes, abs, traction control, and general safety are all designed to be most beneficial using the stock tire size. Using a different size tire can affect all of these things.
You will need to completely wire your own setup. The "stock" fog lights on the HHRs are wired through the Body Control Module computer which can not be reprogrammed without being replaced. Cost of the computer is over $300 and certainly NOT worth it for a set of fog lights. Put in your own switch, wiring, etc. I would highly recommend that you use a relay to power them since the electrical system for the HHR is very sensitive to external additions.
