Thanks Claude, I know how to Google Search, lol.....wondering if anyone had any out of the ordinary ideas, I've done the usual check of the wires and connectors, have never had a abs light in my 375k miles of owning this truck, cant be a coincidence that I just did the front bearing, could it? It was a bear to get hat new bearing assembly installed on this dually

SOURCE: Replace bearing and hub, it

Possible when the HUB was changed that the sensor connection was damaged or was not taken care off . So please recheck with your work and the fault will be seen.

SOURCE: I have a 2000 olds alero. I'm having a problem with the ABS, and Traction Control System. I've scanned the ABS system, and it shows RF wheel speed sensor ckt open/ shorted. I checked all fuses

The EBCM is looking for 1040-1160 ohms in the ABS sensor circuit. Check the two wires between the sensor and the EBCM. The wires in the area under the fender are prone to breakage caused by the flexing and turning of the suspension.

SOURCE: C1145 Speed Wheel Sensor RF Input Circuit Failure

It could if the mechanic somehow damaged the sensor or the wiring.

My engine and abs lights are on. I replaced the rear ABS sensor, then replaced both front speed sensors!!! Now have codes C-1145 and C-1175 and P-1000!!

C1145 is a Right Front wheel speed sensor fault
C1175 is a Left rear wheel speed sensor fault.
P1000 System OBD check not complete since last memorie clear which mostlikely means that the car has not completed the drive cycle to set all monitors for the engine emissions. ( it may just need to be driven a more.
As for the wheel speed sensors if you have replaced them the ABS codes need to be cleared. the engine code reader and clearing tool will not do it. A scanner with ABS capabilities is needed. On some cars if you disconnect the battery and wait 3 mins then re connect the battery, that will clear all codes. then the car needs to be driven to set all monitors for engine emissions.
If you have already cleared the codes. and you have repete same codes for the ABS, you would need to look the wireing over for possible wire rubs that are causing the faults. or the ABS computer itself is at fault.
