How cheap it would have been just to run the fault codes first and fix only what was necessary
run the fault codes now and see what you missed

1992 es300 blue smoke from exhaust

The most common cause of blue exhaust smoke is oil leaking past engine seals and into the cylinders where it then mixes and burns with the fuel. Oil leaking into the cylinders can cause a rough idle, misfire and fouled spark plugs. So best bet is to have a local repair shop inspect for internal oil leakage.

Have a 93 Lexus es300 white smoke coming from the exhaust pipe.

White smoke usually indicates water in the oil.
You should pull your oil dipstick and see if you see water bubbles on the stick

When driving i can smell gas in my 2000 lexus es300

possibly your O rings which isolates fuel injectors from engine block are getting old and letting gasoline go out. it is very dangerous since it can cause fire. do not drive.

another cause is broken loose or cracked fuel lines. this is equally dangerous since it is under hood close to hot exhaust manifold.

if smell is from exhaust manifold, which means not the smeel of gasoline but exhaust fumes, this can be caused by broken exhaust manifold or a crack on it or problematic exhaust manifold gasket.

WHEN IT RAINS THE NEXT DAY WE START IT WHITE SMOKE COMES OUT THE MUFFLER WITH A STRONG SMELL OF GAS.

White smoke (steam) indicates antifreeze burning in the cylinder, or trying to, check again to see if it's blue tinted smoke,(almost looks white, but has a tint of blue, and it lingers in the air a lot longer) check the radiator level, and a compression check will determine the condition of each cylinder, evaluate the spark plugs, (there are charts on line) (this determines if the air fuel mixture it correct) let me know what the out come is.

When I start my 2003 ES300 smoke comes out the exhaust

The same thing happened to my 2003 ES300 - the smoke is coming from the oil seeping into the motor's cylinders. This is the classic "Oil Gelling" problem in Toyota and Lexus vehicles. There is a factory recall on it, but it only covers to 2002 ES300 not 2003. The Lexus dealer confirmed my "oil gel" problem and went to bat for me with Lexus - they got the repair approved - Thank you Mr Local Lexus Dealer! The cost was nearly $4,000 - paid for by Lexus.

Alot ofwhite smoke coming from tail pipe

Have you overheated or are loosing coolant? If not check to see if your transmission has a vacuum hose going to it. (if coolant you can smell it in the exhaust)
I don't think you have the trans hook up but can't remember.

'92 Lexus Es 300 - White smoke from exhaust and smells like gas.

It's the ECU. Very common with the early '90s lexus cars. Everyone will say head gasket, but unless your oil is milky white, it's not coolant leaking into the cylinder.
Buy an ECu on ebay for less than $100, it plugs in under the dash, just like a computer printer. Easy fix.

1999 Firebird cranking problem

well first the white smoke indicateds water in fuel system. if you have a strong fuel smell that would indicated that your getting way too much fuel. there are several reasons for this. it could be that the fuel pressure regulater is malfunctiong. the throttle position sensor is bad. it could also be a timing issue.
