Check Fuses 1, 3, and 10. Make sure all your connectors are clean.

The clock is fuse 16.

You must not disconnect the horn as it makes your car ill-eagle to drive on the highway. You must have an audible warning for times of emergency.

The problem will be the clock spring wiring in the steering wheel. Easy job for an auto - electrician to fix.

Yes I would say its a wiring problem in the column.

the parts store or the chevy dealer with a service center can print one out for you

Should be on the drivers side, under the dash, behind a little door that has a little push tab to keep it closed.

Sounds like a transmission problem. Change the transmission filter and fluid and make sure it is topped off to the proper level. Have the transmission checked out to ensure there isn't a problem in the torque converter.
