Probably not a lot except for the turbo sensor or actuator wires
which may be there already just not connected to anything
if you can get a schematics of the wiring and see if there is as it may say applicable to--- and list the models

I had a pajero io 4g93 engine start but when stepping on the gas pedal theres no response from the speed pedal

NO YEAR TOLD
NO VIN TOLD
NO COUNTRY TOLD (EFFECTS EFI THIS)
throttle pedal (engine ) is weak or transmission slip. tests prove this.
there are 6 variants of this engine.
no transmission told ,make, model. not even STICK or AUTO tranny

The 4G93 is a 1.8 L (1,834 cc) engine available in both SOHC and DOHC versions. Turbocharged variants are also produced. In mid 1996 Mitsubishi released a gasoline direct injection (GDI) version of the 4G93. This GDI model saw a production of over a million units though it was a heavy polluter therefore only sold in the Japanese market. A partially cleaned up version (with less power) was later sold in Europe, and was among the first of the modern GDI engines. It brought good fuel economy and, if well serviced, long engine life.

How can i solve a problem of gear problem in a mitsubishi 4g93 GDI.

most of cars use rods, linkage, to comunicate gear shifter and transmission and this linkage have loints witch are robber and these robber joints some times wear out and you need to replace them. Open the shifter cover and check if therr is any damage there and inside the hood find the transmission shifter on the transmission and follow the linkage and inspected too, if these things are ok the check the transmission itself
