the torque is a 4 step process
1 torque all bolts to 22 ft/lbs
2 torque all bolts to 45 ft/lbs
3 recheck all bolts to 45 ft/lbs
4 torque bolts 1 thru 10 to 110 ft/lbs
bolt 11 to 100 ft/lbs
bolts 12 thru 14 to 110 ft/lbs
bolt #1 is the fourth bolt from the front on the passenger side....#2 is the fourth bolt on the drivers side then you continue in a clockwise order

head torque on the 2.0 DOHC is 64 ft lbs , done in two -three steps , also there is a sequence for proper order . here is a very good description with graphics .

First pass, torque them to 30 Ft Lbs working from the center outward. Then go back again and torque them to 75 Ft Lbs.

Head bolts are torque to yeild so you MUST use new bolts.
Tighten cylinder head retaining bolts in numerical sequence in three steps as follows:
Loosen retaining bolts one at a time two to three revolutions and retighten as follows:
