Well, if one of the tire balancing weights has been thrown off the tire, the tire will be imbalanced and that will show up when you drive the car. If not that then there is something seriously wrong with the front end of car.

U can try putting the front tires on the rear. If that clears it up, at least you know it is not the front end and there is a tire balancing issue. If it still does it , better have that front end checked out asap.

2001 Ford ranger shakes at 45 mph until I let off the gas. I drive a little further and it starts shaking again until I let off the gas. Drive more, shakes, let off the gas. Still shakes.

Have the front end checked for worn parts like suspension rubber bushings and worn tie rod ends or ball joints, all will cause this

'96 4runner shaking problem

This problem is almost always related to worn front end steering components like bushings and tie rod ends or steering gear box wear. have a local tire shop thoroughly inspect the front end and see what they find. Many do this for free in hope of getting the fix job.

Front end shakes after 58mph just had wheels balanced and was worse after. Used to drive 70mph with minor shakeing

The shaking is comming from your front end not being aligned. Take it to a shop that has the machine to do that task. Hope this helps.

When i drive it it shakes really bad it has new tires and have hade them balensed severl times

The front end of the vehicle has several parts that cause the front end to shake. Have you had the front end checked for bad tie rod ends, That is the most common problem.Another thing when does it shake? If it shakes while applying the brakes it could be the rotors need to be turned or it could be both the tie rod ends or the rotors.

Front end shakes so much it looks like the wheels are falling off

What you have is called death wobble. Generally it is caused by one or several loose components in the steering. You need to have all mounts including where steering box is attached to the chassis checked. Often the problem is caused by either bad ball joints or track bar ends or mounts. Wheel stud torque is also important. if any brake, tire, or other front end work has recently been done, this may be the cause. One item often suggested by shops is the steering stabilizer. It is often damaged by the shaking but if replaced will not cure the problem and will be damaged again.
If everything in the front end is carefully checked and verified as good, then as a last resort, have some additional positive caster added to the front end alignment. That often helps.
