Where is the fuel filter and fuel pump lokated

Depends on the year make and model of car/truck but
generally if its got fuel injection (post 1986 mfg) the pump is inside the fuel tank
if its got a carb (pre 1980 mfg) the fuel pump is on passenger side lower front of engine
carbs filters are about an inch or so before carb on top of engine
and fuel injection filters is under body of car between tank and engine someplace
