The motor is located just under the glove box on the passenger side. I removed the glove box then the panel below the glove box. I also go ahead and pull back the carpet and the padding under the motor. It is held in place by 3-4 bolts that take a 7-8 millimeter socket. I used a swivel extension for the back bolts. The motor with the fan blade attached is a tight fit, just keep wiggling and pulling it should come out. Try to remove the old motor without cracking the fan blade, because sometimes the replacement motor doesn't come with a blade.
Hi J_livezey,
Your fuse box is located behind the right side of the dash,to the right of the glove box. Here is a diagram to better expalin. If you need anything else, let me know. Thanks,Chuck.
You're fuse box is located under the dash, left of the
steering colum. There is also a chime module located
under the dash, to the left of the glove comp.
Also, I believe the chimes share a fuse with the brake
lights. Hope this helps.
you need a blower resistor it's located behine the glove box. open the glove box and push in the tabs on the side and it will drop down to give you access to the resistor
The horn relay is accessible when you remove the glove box. It's to the right of the glove box, and has a large chime box with two relays to the side. The one towards the rear of the car (first one you see) is the horn relay. It's a little difficult to get out, but just plugs in. That large chime box is in the way somewhat, but with a little patience you can get the horn relay out. They're about 9 bucks.
You have an ECM and a BCM, one located behind your glove box and the other underneath your passenger side dash. They are very similar in size, shape, and color but i think the ECM s behind the glove box. I had the same problem and replaced the one behind the glove box and the problem went away. They are both easy to replace but they cost around $70 if I remember correctly. And you have a chip you have to swap from the old to the new that you have to be careful with.
