Its pretty simple to check for fuel pressure. If there is no fuel pressure than the next step is to check for power and ground at the pump. if those check out then a new fuel pump should fix the problem.
your engine needs 3 things to run. fuel, spark, and compression. if you have fuel pressure than check for spark. if there is no spark than there could an issue with a crank or cam sensor. If the crank sensor is bad than typically there will be no injector pulse as well. after cranking it over a couple times pull a plug and see if it is wet. if it is you know the crank sensor is working and the fuel pump is working and you have a spark issue. If it is dry than there is a fuel delivery issue (fuel pump/injector/injector pulse/etc.)
