If your horn is not working and the fuse is still ok as you said.
then you may need to check the relay attached between the
steering button and the horn. Somewhere in between you
may need to check also the wiring to make sure that it is not
cut or broken.

check fuse if good push on the horn button you may hear the horn relay click. if so then check at the horn for power on the wire.

The horns are up front just behind the grill. Usually had to find.

As you can see, no actual horn relay, but, there is the security module. As far as the security module location, seen two different locations in my database, so I'm not sure of location?
Give me a second, will try to post wiring diagram.

there are 3 parts, the horn, the horn relay, and the horn switch. horn relay is simple to check by replacing it with another from a parts store. it is plugged into a fuse panel inside the car or under the hood, look at your owner's manual for exact location. the horn can be disconnected and then jumpered directly to the battery. an old extension cord with the ends of the wires bared makes a find jumper cable. horn is usually located next to and in front of the radiator. if the horn honks it is good, if not you can buy a generic one at a parts store. if it is not the horn nor the relay then you are looking at replacing the switch inside the steering wheel and this is generally beyond the scope of a non-mechanical person.

It is located in the fuse box under the hood third one in the row .The cover on the fuse box has a digram on it so you can pinpoit it's location of the relay's and fuses.
