Codes are normally VERY specific, but this one has all sorts of interpretations. I have never seen that before.

I have a 2006 Peugeot 407 2.0 hdi sw automatic. it starts first turn of the key every time and revs freely but when I start driving it a few miles its starts surging quite badly.

I would remove that aftermarket module you mentioned first.

My friend gave me some kerosine to put in the fuel tank on my peugeot 407 hdi. would it do any harm to the engine or fuel pump kerosine has no lubricunt in it

No do not do that you will ruin the fuel system and damage the engine!!!

Must be some bad information getting to the ecu. Bad conections due to salt corrosion may be the cause. Bright metal contacts are essential for correct transmission of information from sensors to and from the ECU (brain).

o2 sensor needs to be replaced and computer reset by disconnecting battery negative cable for 1/2 hr then reconnecting. Good Luck!

Peugeot 407 2.0 hdi lots of black smoke when you put your foot down past 2000 rpm

The reason for the black smoke is that it is not getting enough air to burn the fuel completely.It could be a blocked air filter,obstruction in the air intake system,blown turbo,hole in tube between intake manifold and turbo,or a fault with the fuel system and injectors.

Injectors

Injectors from the same ccm engine are most probably sounds same but to be on the safe side check not only the shape but code on the top of injector too. Because they are piezo effect injectors and set by the manufacture for a specific pressure for specific engine codes.

Check the wiring on injector 3, check the electrical plug, the problem is that there is no connection to the injector detected. The fact that it does the same after the swap means it is not the injector but the connection.
