In the right rear of the passenger compartment, under the rear seat cushion

In the right front of the engine compartment, near the battery

In the right front of the engine compartment, near the underhood fuse block
Fuse Holder - Steering Column
On the left side of the passenger compartment, at the base of the steering column

take all screws out and pull out around the edges, should pop out, then lift up by the window.

with this model but I've had the inside door panels off several cars. + Then unscrew the armrest/handle (2 long screws). + Then run your fingers under the bottom of the panel (it is probably upholstered/padded hardboard) - this panel is usually held on by about 5 or 6 clips that pop out. + There may also be speaker wires etc if door-mounted speakers have been installed. + Then you should be able to gently slide the door panel up, so that the top ridge pops out from alonside the window glass.

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

i have a 98 buick park avenue
i got a problem running it. it start but when i hit the break pedal some light comes out the direction signal and it shuts off i check all the fuse

GET A GOOD FUSE TESTER TURN ON IGNITION SWITCH. TEST EVERY FUSE. 2 FUSEBOXES ONE UNDER THE HOOD, ONE INSIDE THE CAR. FUSES CAN BE TESTED WHILE IN THE BOX. FUSES HAVE TEST POINTS FACING OUT. POWER ON ONE SIDE, BAD FUSE, POWER ON BOTH SIDES, GOOD FUSE POWER ON NEITHER SIDE, SPARE FUSE.
