The turn signal and hazard lights work on separate units, If the fuses are ok, check for battery voltage at the switch and at the flasher unit terminal, if ok trace the wiring to see if a connector has come apart , also check the bulbs are ok.

Testimonial: "just getting ready to check voltage at switch. By switch I hope you mean comb. switch."

I'm guessing you checked the turn signal fuse for power on both sides. DO the brake lights work as these will normally run through the signal light switch circuitry as well. The power to the fuse comes from the ignition switch. DO the wipers/heater motor work ? If not, possible bad ignition switch

4 way flashers work but turn signals do not on 2002 Pontiac sunfire already checked fuse and the relay in fuse box and when I put left blinker on left headlight went out

Turn signal switch is probably the problem ,but without testing that is just a guess. Do know i replaced a few on grand am's . What relay ???? There is no relay in the fuse box for the turn signals . Your vehicle has turn / hazard flasher module .
Turn Signal Lamps
The TURN-B/U fuse and the STOP/HAZ fuse in the IP fuse block, supplies battery positive voltage to the flasher module. The turn signal lamps may only be activated with the ignition switch in the ON position. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, current flow is from the flasher module's output to the turn signal switch assembly. The flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, all the turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn signal indicators.

Why doesn't my 1976 Lincoln Town Car have operating turn signals?

many lighting systems use two flasher relays to isolate turn signal function from hazard function. each has an independent power supply source path or circuit. you'll need to trace power to the bulbs from the turn signal switch, and from the fuse boxes to the switch.

Turn signals and Hazard no longer work

Fast clicking is caused by a higher than normal current being applied. Normally a short or a aftermarket relay that requires less current to switch. Sounds like the entire multifunction switch is bad.
