ECM 1 fuse keeps blowing on my 94 S10 blazer,,what will cause this problem?

A bad relay or a shorted wire. Pull the relay, turn the ignition on. Fuse pops, bad wire from the ignition switch to the fuse/relay panel. If it doesn't, swap relays in the panel. Turn it on, if the fuse pops, bad wire to the ECM or the ECM has shorted internally. If it doesn't pop, replace the relay.

ECM b powers the fuel pump relay, the engine computer, and other components.
You could try pulling the pump relay to see if the short is in the fuel pump circuit. Otherwise, you may need a shop manual to find out everything in that circuit.

i have a similar problem but mine is my when i switch my int lights on inside the truck they blow a fuse but will work fine when you open the doors ???

My 94 s10 blazer won't start. Turns over hard. Pulled plugs, turns over easy. ECM fuse replaced-was bad. Fuel pump good,spider gets gas on plugs,distributor was loose,good spark on plugs.Plugs back in-...

did it run hot or ??

Check the oil - if none -- you could have turned a bearing. In that case, the next would be a compression test.

95 chevy blazer keep blowing the ecm fuse

If it "keeps" blowing the ECM fuse, it is because you "KEEP" replacing the fuse without diagnosing and repairing the reason the fuse is blown.

1997 s10 blazer 4.3 keeps blowing 10a dash fuse. It is not the instrument cluster or 4x4 switch. what else is on that circuit and what do you suppose would blow the fuse?

radio pull it out maybe its bad.

Jeff Tourcotte, I am experiencing this same problem. I unhooked crank and cam sensor and still blow the fuses. Any chance you can email these diagrams to me seeing I can not get them to open?

Keep blowing ECM fuse on 90 honda accord

I'm thinking the ECM is bad and grounding out, causing the car to blow the fuse. The old gas wouldn't cause this problem.
