If those lights are on, then there are codes. Not engine codes, but ABS codes. If by chance there aren't ABS codes, then you have a data wire problem or the instrument panel is bad.

PRE-DIAGNOSTIC INSPECTIONBefore diagnosing ABS/TCS, perform a comprehensive visual inspection of system as follows.Check ABS/TCS wiring harness connectors for looseness. Check harness routing; pay particular attention to wheel speed sensor wiring harness routing. Check fuses No. 1D, 5B and 6B in instrument panel fuse block. Check fuses No. 1 and 2 in underhood fuse block. Check brake fluid level in master cylinder reservoir. Check brake fluid level in Pressure Modulator Valve (PMV) assembly reservoir. Ensure parking brake is fully released. Ensure parking brake switch is functioning properly. Always perform ABS/TCS system functional check before using DIAGNOSTIC CODE CHARTSThe EBCM/EBTCM has self-diagnostic capability, which can detect system failures. You would need to get the body computer scanned for trouble codes to proceed with testing. When there is a problem with the abs system, the computer will disable the traction control too since it uses the abs system to function.
The abs light , when on turns off the traction control thats why that light is on,once the abs is repaired the traction light will go out, you need to first have the computer scanned for codes, the codes for the abs are stored in the abs computer, these codes will tell you what part of the system is not working. most of the time its a wheel speed sensor but scanning the codes is needed to find out,

moaning sound coming from ? Under the hood in engine bay ? That could be the ABS pump motor ! maybe going bad . service traction control light on ? DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code or codes stored . Have codes checked .
sounds like the brake pads may be metal to metal, that could be the noise problem, but until u have the system tested for the trouble code that is setin the ABS modules memory when the light comes on you are guessing, the Dealer is the only one in most cases that has the scan tool to check ABS trouble codes.
