2007 Nissan Murano, Front dash display won't show back up camera but will show radio and other stuff perfectly fine.

Display works fine in Drive and Park, when I put it in Reverse the backup camera would show off colors (purple grass, green pavement, etc) Now it's either all black and different colors just move around the screen. Could it be a fuse?

Could be interference or a wire is corroded or shorting out. Most likely the wire.

After changing language from spanish to english, on my 2010 Nissan murano dash display. why does it switchback to spanish after car restarts?

If the language on the dash display of your 2010 Nissan Murano switches back to Spanish after the car restarts, it is possible that the language preference for the display is set to Spanish in the vehicle's settings. In order to change the language for the dash display to English, you will need to access the vehicle's settings and adjust the language preference accordingly.
Here are the steps you can take to change the language on the dash display of your 2010 Nissan Murano:
  1. Press the "Menu" button on the dashboard to access the main menu.
  2. Use the arrow buttons on the dashboard or the steering wheel controls to navigate to the "Settings" menu.
  3. Navigate to the "Language" option and select it.
  4. Use the arrow buttons or steering wheel controls to select the desired language for the dash display. In this case, you will want to select "English."
  5. Once you have selected the desired language, press the "OK" button to confirm the change.
  6. Exit the menu and restart the car to see if the language change has been applied to the dash display.
It is important to note that the specific steps and menu options may vary depending on the specific model and year of your Nissan Murano. If you are having difficulty changing the language on the dash display, it may be helpful to refer to the owner's manual or contact a Nissan dealership for assistance.

Replaced battery on 2006 murano and now display for radio, air, etc does not come on

According to the owners manual - -
To turn on the screen, push the "SETTING", trip
control, air conditioner (except rear window defroster
button) or audio button.

There's nothing in the book about special instructions should the battery be disconnected, so if the screen will not come on I would guess a fuse or something happened to the power source.

2006 maxima - dash &a/c controls quit after bump in road. sometimes they return. last time wife was driving - saw smoke & did not start working again. smoke came from behind display in center...

Bryan_you44,
I too had an issue with the dash controls, cruise ctrl, no speedometer. It happened all of a sudden on way back from Chicago. I think you may have the same issue. I put some change on the console in front of the display, which pretty much screams "PLACE STUFF HERE". Guess what, DON"T DO THAT!!!!. I had a dime lose it's way into the back of the display and shorted the whole Freakin thing out. $650 to repair.

Horn do not blow when i lock my 2007 nissan truck with remote

Murano, maybe others.

This is adjustable through the center console, Key turned to the on position but not running, press settings, then you will see your selections, use the center knob to move up / down and enter to select. I believe it's the center choice & once you push the enter button, the display will show several options concerning locking the doors, lights, horn options for the remote. If that setting is correct and the horn isn't working, check your fuse/horn.

good luck

Back up camera

I agree with Mike. The same thing happened to my 2007 Murano after I needed to get a battery jump -- my screen went black, no back-up camera, couldn't turn on radio or HVAC.

Brought it into my dealership who changed the battery, then they wanted to run a diagnostic (around $105/hr). I asked about the fuses, and thankfully, as it turns out, it was the "back-up battery fuse." Just paid for the battery and labor for that, and the fuse.
