Ensure your wheel nuts are secure.
check your tyres for stones /nails etc

If you hear sound when you turn the wheel but the car is stationary
I would advise you visit a tyre /steering /brake specialist if you cannot locate the source of the noise.

While driving over small bumps I hear a faint

there are many possibilties. Sway bar, sway busings, shock, tire, something in the brake pad, wheel bearing, the list goes on and on. Best bet is to let someone qualified to take a look and determin what's wrong before hundereds of dollars are spent without the cause being fixed.

Front end shacking when I run over small bump in road.

If it is still under warranty take it to the dealer. You could have at a minimum have thrown the weights off the tires. But anything like tie rod ends or belts in the tires could be bad.

Thumping or clicking noise when steering sharp right turns

If it's a 4WD then your front universal joint(s) on the front wheel drive shafts are on the way out and should be replaced. They should be replaced as a pair (both sides) so that you have uniform wear, but you can replace the bad one to solve the problem. The noise should be coming from one side or the other, indicating which one is going bad, but it's most likely the right sive CV joint. Also, it the rubber boot on the end of the driveshaft is damaged or torn, that would point to the offending joint. Your parts store should be able to sell you a reconditioned half shaft to fix the problem. Replacement can be done at home with decent tools.
