I have a vauxhall corsa b gsi and noticed last night that quite alot of water is leaking from under the car. I had a look under bonnet & noticed my water in coolant bottle was low. I topped the coolant bottle back up & when i started the car & water was leaking from under my car, & the water in coolant bottle had gone. I turned car off & left it for a while then topped it up again started the car and drove it a short distance down the road, i park up and checked the water level in coolant bottle but it was fine and was the same as before i drove the car? My car is not overheating at all? & i don't know whats wrong with it & whether its safe to drive it now it seems ok??

Sometime it is hard to diagnotic head gasket when leak is very small, Put pressure on 15pound air pressure in cooling system when cold and check leak.
You could find it with exhaust gaz analyser in the radiator cap(exhaust leak from head gasket) if so try BARS leak or head gasket sealer in radiator sometime it work for small leak
check your spark plugs wells for oil in them. also check for manifold air leaks spray some carb cleaner on the manifold and lister for engine change depending on the cleaner it will speed up on shut the engine down. also do this to air lines. any oil or water in them clean out if oil the seal on the cam cover is leaking.
as this a uk car the easiest way to diagnose the problem is to take it into quickfit for a diagnostic check(cost a little, but infinately easier.)and if you want them to fix any problem you cant handle its already in thier workshop(last time i did this was on an astra estate 1.6 petrol, problem was down to faulty exhaust sensor saved me hours of "fun"cost me £38 total.....)
It`s the reverse light switch under the bonnet had to replace it on my 16v t reg corsa costs about 8-£10 and comes off easily because it`s just a bolt with electricals leading to the back lighting. This happens on every Corsa. Let me guess Your Heater control lights and fan swich lights have gone too on the interior. Any problem corsa related, been there done it.
