2006 Saturn Vue squeaking when I turn the wheel R or L
2006 Saturn Vue squeaking when I turn the wheel to the right or left. It doesn't sound like rubbing. It's more of a high pitch squeal. Any help would be great.

Strangely this is a known issue. I fixed my squeaking by spraying the gap behind the steering wheel and the the dash with Jigaloo, which is a dry silicone lubricant. Spray it just before you start driving.
There is a TSB for your complaint from Saturn: Here's the jist of it.
Condition: Some customers may comment on a squeak or squeal noise coming from the base of the steering column while turning vehicle. Cause: The squeak or squeal noise may be caused by insufficient lubrication of the intermediate steering shaft-to rubberboot- contact area. you may be able to get it warrantied through saturn. this is the TSB # #03-02-34-002
