"All Data" is a great source for diagrams, routing etc... If there isn't a diagram under the hood, I would sign up with all data. I have used them on several occasions or a number of different cars nd trucks and have been able to find the info that I needed to get the job done. Good luck!
If it's equipped with the 2.0L SPI engine (eighth digit of the VIN is 'P'), the most common place for a vacuum leak on these engines, is from the PCV hose that runs from the valve cover to the back of the throttle body. Where it usually rots through is the elbow at the back where it connects to the throttle body. Hope this helps.
The only place i could find any views is here.

Major vacuum leak.
Check the vacuum diagram that is printed on a sticker under the hood.
Most importantly, check the big vacuum hose connected to the brake booster. Look for a disconnected hose and missing hose clamp.
There is also a vacuum modulator on the side of the transmission. the vacuum hose is disconencted or the diaphragm inside the modularoe is ruptured. ($20 AutoZone).
You will find what your looking for here. free and with real pictures!!! got a few you can check out but use the first one first http://yotatech.com/f116/code-71-vacuum-lines-140356/ http://www.yotatech.com/f116/vacuum-hose-routing-diagram-179866/ http://www.yotatech.com/f116/vacuum-hose-routing-diagram-179866/ these will help you a lot, they helped me out with the same problem
It is very likely that the vacuum hoses are the problem. The only people that have a manual with the diagram you need is a dodge dealer, contact the service dept at your local dealer and they will probably photo copy you a diagram from the service manual.
