my guess is the wheel bearing. jack the rear tire off the ground and try shacking the tire. if you have any play your bearing could be bad.did you hear a hum from the same wheel. wheel bearings will hum before they start grinding

Well, now I see your other post. AT 55-60, huh? Since you changed trans. fluid, are you thinking it may be trans. related? That's about speed when lock-up torque converter would engage. Not sure about your '05, though. Course that may be shifting into overdrive, too. Might try driving in 3rd gear up to 60 and see if shudder develops then. Good luck.

on tickover, do the fans come on when it gets hot ? if so, the first thing to replace is the thermostat,then see if you have the same "problem".(as its the cheapest and if faulty would give the same symptoms.)
