SOURCE: how remove the rear inside door panel on a 2001 oldmobile aurora
The inner door panel is held in by clips and screw.
Look at the door near the door handle there should be screws holding it in and along the outer edge of the door. Once loose, and the door handle removed or the arm rest removed. The door panel then prys out , because of the clips that hold it on. Then pops out by applying pressure to the panel upward to the top of the door. The clips always break because of the design and plastic.
Good luck

You'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. If needed, you can pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything inside the door

On the inside trim, you can remove screws (these screws may be covered by filler pieces or may be visible, or they may require you pry a plastic piece off that covers the screws) that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you need to pull back the weather seal and then you can access the bolts securing the outer handle

You should obtain a tool made specifically for removing door panels. They are attached by "snap" connectors, and by pulling on the door panel itself will invariably ruin it. Get the tool from a parts place and carefully peer into the slot between the door metal and the door panel. Use the tool slowly with resolution. You should really acquire a manual that guides you for your particular Jag.
Remember, to take the panel completely off, you need to remove the door handle. Look for a plug that has a screw under it. You'll need to pop the door window/lock control panel too, to access screws under there. This can be tricky, so be careful.
