I have a 1997 Chevy Lumina and the turn signals do not work. The hazards work, but can't see the lights on the dashboard. Also the horn does not work.

It might be the flasher relay and it might be the horn relay although horns tend to seize up through lack of use. the flasher relay is is separate to the Hazards relay which is often part of the switch.

Where is the fuse for the inside dash lights

On the passenger side front. Open the door and you will see a small door on the end of the dash. Open it and it should be there. If not, there are two more fuse boxes under the hood. One behind the wiper washer on driver side and one behind the anti-freeze reservoir on the passenger side.

Fuse panel location and diagram 2000 chevy malibu

if the car is built like monte carlo for 2000 there are 2 fuse panels inside. one on the driver side when you open door and theres one the passenger side when you open the door there are panels on both sides of the dash that pull off. and then of course there are the fuse blocks under the hood. by the battery.

if you go to you tube and type in your car year and model then fuse box diagram there is a great illustration and diagram that comes up it shows you your fuse box and what each fuse does and where it is located and the rated amp for the fuse ok
