So you have power to the fuel pump and a fuel flow .
Then the problem is electrical eighter a bad connection or a failed compound. The first thing to do is check the fuse box IGNITION fuse .Take it out look at it even if its not blower check for 12 volts at the box .If you have voltage their then check the ignition switch at the key switch for 12 volts if you have it then the problem is with the disturbutor or the coil .
This is the problem with electrical problems .You can't see voltage flowing through a wire but you can test for it .Next unplug the connecter to the coil not the plug wire the connecter test that for voltage if yes then the problem must be between the coil and disturbutor if you don't have coil packs and check for voltage at the connecter to the dist. If yes voltage .
Then the problem is eighter the coil or the electrinic ignition module or a bad connection to eighter .

SOURCE: replaced fuel relay and fuel filter still won't crank

Yes the fuel tank will need to be removed to replace the fuel pump, be very careful and use only non sparking tools, there is a potential for fire and explosion..

SOURCE: 2000 jimmy will crank but wont start fuel pump is

The first check is for fuel pressure on the fuel rail which is just above the injectors. The rail has a pressure test port that looks like a tire valve, and you can rent a test system that reads pressure (preferably running), but should read 40 to 50 PSI. Anything much lower means a worn out pump or defective pressure regulator. The check engine light should be on, so a scanner read of the codes would be in order. If the fuel pressure seems to be fairly high, the prime suspect for non-operation of the injectors is the crankshaft/camshaft sensor may be defective or it's connector is loose. Hope this gets you going!

SOURCE: where is the fuel pump oo 93 buick century v6

Fuel pump is in the tank, fuel filter is along the subframe rail by the rear wheels, either left or right side.

Using excessive fuel cleaner can damage injectors and the fuel pump - sounds like your problem is the fuel pump bearings, and you will probably have to have it replaced.

STARTS AND SHUTS DOWN AFTER 2 SECONDS 95 BUICK CENTURY V6

Not enough fuel pressure.
Hopefully, it might be a clogged fuel filter, start there... replace it. ($9 AutoZone).
Could also be fuel pump or the fuel pressure valve is stuck open, allowing fuel to drain back to the gas tank (no fuel in line).

Ran out of gas now will not start

There should be a fuse for the fuel pump check this first. If fuse is good you will probably need a pump. The fuel pump is cooled by being in the fuel. When ran low or out of fuel the pump gets hot and will blow a fuse or overheat and quit.
